Phoebe Smith is a skilled graphic designer based in Knoxville, Tennessee, with a deep connection to both the creative world and her environment. She is majored in Graphic Design and minored in Studio Art at Marietta College. She is skilled in media design such as logos and advertisements. Phoebe has designed posters, media campaigns, apparel, and much more. While Phoebe is skilled in this style of design, she also enjoys infographic and packaging design. Her software skills include that of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Procreate. These skills demonstrate her experience, she also brings practical arts skills such as Oil and Acrylic Painting, Printmaking, Digital Illustration, and Pen and Ink Line drawing.

She started her journey as a Graphic designer in High School, but her creative interests began from a young age. She is inspired by nature, more specifically the Smoky Mountains, where plants from kudzu to wildflowers grow. Phoebe uses this natural inspiration to make her designs organic and unique. These skills and experience gives her a new edge in the graphic design world through her uniquely organically fluid style and the merging of art and design principles and elements in her work. 

In addition to her design work, Phoebe has a strong sense of leadership and teamwork, qualities that she nurtures through her role as a Coxswain on the Marietta College Women’s Rowing team. As Coxswain, Phoebe is responsible for steering the boat and synchronizing the team's movements, a role that requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and lead others. Her dedication and collaborative skills have been key to help in the success of her rowing team. Phoebe has helped lead her boats to multiple medals and a MARC Conference Championship at collegiate races, proving her dedication to her team and the sport.

Phoebe's commitment to both her creative and athletic pursuits speaks to her strong work ethic, determination, and ability to balance multiple passions. Whether in front of a computer or on the water, she approaches everything with a sense of discipline, focus, and an unwavering desire to succeed. Her combination of artistic talent and leadership skills make her a promising and dynamic force in both the graphic design industry and beyond.
